My guess here is because a FIFO underrun, eDP panel did not got the full PSR
RFB, so sink asserted the error and after that driver will not enable PSR
because when this kind of error happen it mark panel PSR implementation as not
reliable, this flag will be cleared on next reboot I will keep on eye on the
next full round.
