Need to figure out why we stall and the vblank wait takes longer (sometimes a
lot longer) than we expect. Best way probably is grab the ftrace flight
recorder log when this happens and dump it, since reproducibility is pretty
low.

The delay is sometimes multiple frames, so not something we can just shrug off
as statistical noise.
