The error is partially found inside the dmesg (interleaved with a lot of
failures):

This error happened only once, 3 months and 4 weeks ago, on a machine that has
since changed a lot (firmware, hw version, ...). All subsequent issues were
related to FIFO underruns, which are covered by:
