Bug Asssment :

Found three kind of issues.

1. Gen9 platform with LSPCON are failing at downstream authentication

It need to check whether LSPCON supports HDCP capability.

2. Few odd ones out gen9 platform igt tests are failing despite HDCP 1.4 is
enabled.
