so we are retiring this request; the seqno has been stable for over 1ms, then
suddenly we bug out because it is no longer valid. Weird, weird, weird. I think
we've mentioned in another bug about the concerns about gen5 breadcrumb
stability, this doesn't quite feel like the same category. More like a stray
write from elsewhere perhaps?
