The CPU fan runs at lower speed although still is not ideal. It can be turned
off completely (actually get turned off if I unplug the HDMI cable). I still
see the errors in the dmesg output so I am not surprised the system is bothered
by interrupts to some extent. But it is definitely better than 5.1.19 and the
other kernels I tried.

What I tested now is:
