Hmmm, so GPIOs 144-145 is for panel 1 (i.e. PNL1_VDDEN,PNL1_BKLTEN) while
128-129 is for panel 0 (i.e. PNL0_VDDEN,PNL0_BKLTEN). Don't know why we're
using panel 1...
