The skip is occurring in "tests/i915/i915_pm_rpm.c" modeset-psps as noted in
the comment:

   /* If we skip this line it's because the type of screen we want is not
connected. */
   igt_require(enable_one_screen_with_type(&ms_data, type));


Should the test be modified to only assert on platforms that do have the "type
of screen we want and is connected" and not alert us on all others?
