Enabling Multi-segmented-gamma for ICL[1] regresses
igt at kms_color@pipe-[abc]-ctm-0-(25|75) due to unexpected rounding.
The problem needs to be addressed on the IGT side (comparing to different
acceptable rounding values) and/or by re-implementing the test on top of pipe
writeback.
In the mean time, let's have this bug to document the effort.
