dmesg with debug - latest tip

Sure, log from cod/tip/drm-tip/2019-06-25
(2f140a8e189cec48853768f3f4208cbf670419fc) on HP EliteBook Folio G1 is
attached. To reproduce flickering I suspend and wakeup laptop twice, opened
YouTube in Firefox and press pause. After that screen started to flicker (end
of the log).
