Discussed this with Mika. Some of the failures in the past indicated possible
memory corruption (address pattern of 00000001000000b4 -  in other words, bit
32 is always on). Lately, the incompletes seemed to be about ICL failing to go
idle, without oops with the 'bit32' pattern, which is not a serious issue. But,
we should keep monitoring this to see if the faulty memory occurs again. Until
that happens, this should not be highest priority.
