The following happens on ICL as well (besides PNV and CFL):

If you just came from a suspend/resume,
please switch to the trace global clock:
echo global > /sys/kernel/debug/tracing/trace_clock
or add trace_clock=global to the kernel command line

In bug 105762 Chris mentioned that this shouldn't happen on new hardware.
Should the ICL cases be reported upstream then?
