So I've done a bit of my own investigation* and found out that there is no
MIPI_SEQ_ELEM_PMIC mipi element in my VBT. In the off chance that this is
what's missing I'd like to be able to use/call
MIPI_SEQ_ELEM_PMIC/mipi_exec_pmic, but I don't know where in the sequence to
best put it. Any opinions and suggestions?

* I've modified
https://github.com/freedesktop/xorg-intel-gpu-tools/blob/master/tools/intel_vbt_decode.c
to include MIPI_SEQ_ELEM_SPI and MIPI_SEQ_ELEM_PMIC, with debug prints based on
the corresponding function implementations in i915.
