[Bug 110581] [CI][SHARDS] shards have a 10 minutes timeout which kills them early!

SSH cmdline 10-minute timeout is gone. Configuration change was not picked up,
needed to use java cmdline argument:
-Dorg.jenkinsci.main.modules.sshd.SSHD.idle-timeout=0

Jenkins 2.164 and later are correctly working with this.
