Tested with 5.1.0 and 5.1.1, works with 5.0.15 and previous versions

Laptop screen flickers every once in a while since kernel 5.1
this is a Dell laptop - Alienware 15 ANW15-5350SLV, Intel GPU (Well,
Intel/Nvidia but intel handles outputs)
