Obviously FIFO underruns can affect video stability. Wondering if we are having
again bw/watermark issue here, as there is 3840x2160 eDP, and two 1920x1080
resolution connectors configured. However we don't use way too many planes
here.

However can't reproduce it on my icelake with similar configuration.
