Bug assessment: this issue has been seen 2 times in 1170 runs at this time.
Assuming that there were 300 runs between the 2 failures we'll probably need to
wait for 3000 runs without failures before closing this issue (following the
10x rule). I will reduce the priority to medium.

Also there seems to be a failure with an identical signature on SKL (bug
110668), so it appears that at the minimum these two issues should be combined
into one.

Further, this test continues to fail 100% on APL and SKL as can be seen here:

But this failure has a different signature. Also I cannot find any filter
corresponding to this 100% failure signature.
