A lot of bugs were deduplicated into this one. 


So what happens here is that Chamelium gets it's port disconnected at times and
those tests skip, either because they require non-eDP dispaly (lpsp) or a
second output (2x, etc) and this requirement is not met.

This means if we hit this issue the test skip. Any kms_chamelium test running
afterwards fixes that for us, as it connects the outputs back. 

We suspected that being unable to contact chamelium after resume from a suspend
was causing this, so this fix happened:

It seems to help a bit but there are more to the problem than this single
issue. Emersion is looking how to fix that once and for all.
