This failure used to happen on every single run, but has now passed
successfully 930 times since the last failure, which happened just under four
months ago.

It was mentioned in some internal communication that this machine received a
new firmware update and I believe that's likely what fixed the failures that
were being seen here.  Marking this defect as resolved.
