I had these freezes, on 1.18.1 and more frequently on 1.18.2, until I changed
my cpu_freq governor from "ondemand" to "conservative". Have been running
without freezes for days (tested with different versions of xf86-video-intel,
e.g. with commits 0204e55b618af285eb31c6eecc3c57b54319a0f4 and
4e108afe55f6b13aa946d1252ff0b828929245b3 for the last couple of days). The
freezes are either gone or maybe became much less frequent (with "conservative"
governor I have encountered zero).
May be this will help finding the issue.
