<pre>Neither the DA200 nor the WD 15 dock work with kernel 4.5.1, but the situation
somehow (coincidently?) changed. I got a kernel OOOOPS but no system hangs. The
display port worked with the WD15 at very low resolutions (eg. 1024x768).
xrandr with the DA200 showed all possible screen resolutions via HDMI, but I
wasn't able to get an image at the screen.
