Hi Colin,
Because it's HSW platform with docking (e.g. built-in with DP-hub/display port
converter...etc.), we need more information for it.
I would like to get your help to collect some debug log for our analysis
further. Please enabled drm debug in kernel message, and collect kennel
command/i915 parameter/xrandr's output. Then reproduce this this issue
(dock/undock) and sharing them with kernel message with us. Thanks!
1. drm debug-enabled log,
echo 0xe > /sys/module/drm/parameters/debug
2. get kernel command
cat /proc/cmdline
3 get i915 parameters
cat /sys/kernel/debug/dri/0/i915_display_info
tail -n +1 /sys/module/i915/parameters/*
cat /sys/kernel/debug/dri/0/i915_capabilities
4. get X's information.
xrandr -q
