BTW for quickly checking, could you reproduce this issue (running "echo 0xe >
/sys/module/drm/parameters/debug" prior to issue reproduction) then doing
following things if not suffering system halt.
cat /sys/kernel/debug/dri/0/i915_error_state > ~/i915_error_state.log
dmesg > ~/dmesg.log
If system halted, please reboot then get "kern.log" (kernel message).
Finally, please always upload "kern.log" in folder "/var/log/" and
i915_error_state.log/dmesg.log (if not system halt). Thanks!
Because I don't have your docking system, it cannot reproduce it in my side and
need your detail of log further.</pre>
