>The VGA flickering has nothing to do with PSR which is an eDP feature.
However PSR is triggering this bug somehow.
I noticed the following things (about problem with VGA monitor):
1. Problem with VGA monitor completely disappears with i915.enable_psr=2 (and
0, of course, but remains with 1 and 3).
2. VGA monitor flickers only when I'm using two monitors (laptop monitor and
VGA monitor). When I use VGA monitor as a single monitor problem not is not
happening.
3. Problem starts immediately after I switch link_power_management_policy to
min_power and immediately disappears when I switch it back.
4. fifo_underrun messages showing during connection of second monitor only when
bug is happening.
