The temporary solution is to disable "Unredirect Fullscreen Windows" in
CompizConfig Setting Manager.
This bugs are reported for all Intel Core products between Westmere to SkyLake
with Ubuntu and ElementaryOS.

I tried to disable "Unredirect Fullscreen Windows" in chromium code level, but
Ubuntu windows manager doesn't respect _NET_WM_BYPASS_COMPOSITOR.
