<pre>I built RC5 from git and sadly sadly it doesn't fix the flickering for me. I'm
also still getting randomly getting my display shutting down and not recovering
until y suspend and wake up the laptop (XPS 13 9350 with FHD panel).
I'll attack another dump of the vbt in case it makes any difference across
kernel versions.</pre>
