I've attached dmesg output. My system will randomly just run out of memory and
start killing processes (usually Virtualbox if there is a vm running). This
causes the machine to come to a screeching halt. Its a huge problem. I feel
like intel just doesn't care about making quality drivers. This machine doesn't
play games all I do is run a browser and xscreensaver. It seems the
screensavers will eventually cause the system to explode for no real reason.
Another thing that might be useful to know is that I run evilwm. Very
minimalist.
Hardware info:
Linux thebox 4.4.6 #2 SMP Mon Apr 25 21:58:33 EDT 2016 x86_64 Intel(R) Core(TM)
i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz GenuineIntel GNU/Linux
MemTotal: 16267892 kB
Let me know what other information is useful.
Thanks.</pre>
