Actually there is.
NEEDS_WaRsDisableCoarsePowerGating() is skl gt3/gt4.
Not sure how that relates to the patch, <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=97017#c6">comment 6</a> shows that we are still
enabling RC6 pretty earlier, so it should not be a complete failure...
Tomi, could you also post the dmesg from
b7137e0cf1e55b5b0cb88fbd85425a1bc0d24c3a^ (the last good commit)?</pre>
