xf86-video-intel was updated on Arch Linux 64-bit from version
2.99.917+676+g26f8ab5-1 to 2.99.917+684+g6988b87-3 and during the installation
there was a message that DRI3 is now the default. Using DRI3 (without any extra
configuration for the Intel driver) there is tearing. I enabled the TearFree
option, although as I understand it shouldn't be needed for DRI3, and the
tearing persists. When DRI2 and TearFree are both enabled then everything works
normally.

The CPU used is Core i7-2630QM. The problem still exists also with the latest
update to xf86-video-intel 2.99.917+688+g49daf5d-1.
