<pre>The important discussion here should be why we were getting this message on our
BAT tests. Which machines were affected? Are we still getting this? We should
make sure the firmware files are present in our BAT machines. Once this is
fixed, we should probably downgrade the bug priority and then resume the
discussion on what's the appropriate error message and debug level.
I just checked problems.html and I don't see this message, although the number
of machines there right now is surprisingly small.</pre>
