Yes, Segmentation fault (core dumped) is reproduced on APL.
This is not the same as <a class="bz_bug_link 
          bz_status_NEW "
   title="NEW - [GEN6+] igt / gem_ctx_create execbuf with user contexts fail on non render rings"
   href="show_bug.cgi?id=94539">bug 94539</a>.
