Patch to see the HDMI output
It seems the eDP1 and HDMI1 output are both on PORT B. If I force-enable HDMI
on port B (see patch attached), I'm able to see the EDID/modes of the connected
screen, but not enable the output.
I tested this on Linus' tree and drm-intel-next-queued. I'm attaching boot logs
with drm.debug=0xe for dinq, with the patch.
I tested this hardware on windows, HDMI output works with the latest Intel
driver.</pre>
