<pre>I looked at these error messages in the driver and this error "Failed to enable
Link training" is thrown even before it starts the voltage swing retries loop.
This looks like it is happening because it is unable to do any AUX writes which
could be if the clocks are not set up or if the system is not resumed correctly
before link training.</pre>
