<pre>As Matt mentioned this case is expected to fail. This due to the shortcomings
in the kernel implementation.
Why we are now seeing this as an "regression" is due to Chris' changes to the
IGT case. These changes are making the actual problem to be more visible. Yet,
nothing has changed on the Kernel side so in that sense we haven't regressed.</pre>
