Output is fine on HDMI1, but not HDMI2 - which is going to my projector. This affects not just the 23.976Hz modes and the 24Hz modes, but regular 60Hz & 50Hz modes as well. Everything switches as usual, but /no/ signal is received. The only similar issue I have found is; <a class="bz_bug_link bz_status_NEEDINFO " title="NEEDINFO - [Broadwell] VGA projection system not detected as of Linux 4.7 (but fine before then)" href="show_bug.cgi?id=97558">https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=97558</a> However this was affecting the VGA output, not HDMI. But it suggests to me that the issue might be EDID / modeline related, as the problem does not occur on either of the monitors I have tested (none of which have 24Hz capability, so unfortunately I have only been able to test 60Hz). xrandr from working setup (also see attachment for the verbose xrandr output which contains EDID information).
