Problem:
display blinks, but blinking stops whenever something is happening such as a
mouse movement.
Expected behavior is not blinking.
System is nearly unusable due to the blinking.
Reproducible always.
Work-around: add i915.enable_psr=0 to the kernel line in grub.cfg.
Possibly this bug returning (regression)?
