<pre>I have a third 4k monitor (also 30Hz, but a Viewsonic, not a Dell) available
for testing. It is possible I suppose that the Dell is faulty. I'll try using
it as the sole monitor tomorrow, and I'll also try substituting the Viewsonic
for the Dell.</pre>
