This was tested with v9 GuC firmware and patches at <a href="https://patchwork.freedesktop.org/series/17537/">https://patchwork.freedesktop.org/series/17537/</a>. Perf-meter output shows fluctuations in the frequency with Host RPS wheres SLPC Turbo keeps running at high frequency. CPG is disabled for GT3 SKU so CPG forcewakes latency may not be stalling submission rate as in APL.
