Bug detailed description
=======
Play video and games at the same time while the power is lower than 10% will
cause segfault some times
Reproduce Steps
==============
1. Play something until the power is lower than 10%
2. Plug external monior and play some videos on external monitor
3. Open zh.y8.com/games/traffic_road and play it.
4. Try to drug and drop the Chrome tab.
Expected Result
=============
Chrome works well without hang or crash
Actual Result

Chrome crashed with dmesg error below
