<pre>FWIW the workaround for nouveau/optimus is now in 4.10-rc6 (68f458eec706) I
assume it will be popping up in 4.9 stable soon.
I have tried nouveau.runpm=1 on my desktop, but it did not triggered the
problem there.
Can you try a new set of patches on top of 4.10-rc5?
patch2_1: debug prints
patch2_2: hack to reorder the scheduled works
patch2_3: same as 68f458eec706 on top of the debug
The interesting logs will be:
patch2_1
patch2_1 + patch2_2
