Yes, a single monitor. As I described in the original bug description of this
BZ.

I don't know what MST hub is. But the issue happens if I connect laptop
directly to display. The issue is present with both HP ZR2440w and HP Z27i
displays.

There's a debug dmesg output already attached to this BZ. Isn't that enough?
This is trivial to reproduce. Am I the only one experiencing this issue? This
is clearly a regression between 3.16 and 3.17. Having this issue on multiple
laptops, multiple displays, multiple kernels.</pre>
