<pre>I've told igt to skip any test relying on MI_STORE_DWORD on Broadwater (and
reduced the reliance where trivial). It does mean that we have a large gap in
coverage on brw, but until we can get gem_exec_store passing, the results in
BAT aren't helpful.</pre>
