<pre>Yes, this is still a problem with latest drm-tip.
However I noticed recently that the image is torn at a consistent point across
multiple output mode switching - previously with 4.8/4.9 kernel the image was
torn differently everytime the target resolution was set on both outputs.
So there's a level of improvement (and hope) now, still the outputs are not in
sync.
Regarding the PCI MMIO BAR dump on Windows - I still don't have an idea how to
make such dump...</pre>
