Updated Megachip HDMI Firmware to 1.66 via Windows only software

Repeat test observed behavior:
Windows 10 : HDMI audio output as expected at all resolutions.
Xubuntu 17.04 (Kernel 4.10x) : No HDMI audio at any resolution.
Librelec 8.02 : No HDMI audio at any resolution.
