GPU crash dump (output of /sys/class/drm/card0/error)
System hang for a good few second while playing Baldur's gate enhanced Edition.
Here is the dmesg output:

reason: Hang on render ring, action: reset
[59461.534804] [drm] GPU hangs can indicate a bug anywhere in the entire gfx
stack, including userspace.

against DRI -> DRM/Intel
[59461.534805] [drm] drm/i915 developers can then reassign to the right
component if it's not a kernel issue.
[59461.534805] [drm] The gpu crash dump is required to analyze gpu hangs, so
please always attach it.

I attached the gpu crash dump.
