error information from /sys/class/drm/card0/error

Periodically I get short freezes that sometimes recover but most of the time
crash X.  Also, when monitors go into power save in extended display only the
primary comes back up.  I have to mirror and then extend to get second monitor
to power back up.

The crashing seems to be random.  Not related to usage.  Happens less than once
every two weeks.
