This bug is only about tests failing due to "Failed assertion: es->current_seq
== es->last_seq + o->seq_step".
The history thing in cibuglog is useless. If an issue is filed on a
(machine,test) pair, all other issues for that pair is "covered" and never seen
in cibuglog. This is why Martin is working on cibuglog 2.0.</pre>
