intel: Add more Coffeelake PCI IDs
if the new Meson build system doesn't use this consistently, it is easy to see
that drm_intel_bufmgr_gem_init would fail if we are matching one of the new
PCI_IDs with the IGT build and another for the libdrm build.</pre>
