What TV is that? What adapter did you use?

Just to clarify, in your original report it happened with two TV models, right?
Then I’d say, it’s a new issue. Please create a new issue with the required
logs preferably from the latest Linux kernel (4.15.4). If you use Ubuntu Linux,
you can easily install it from [2].
