Yes, I confirmed that all of these were equal and set to 300 MHz. In addition
to the UDEV rules I also tried limiting the frequency with the
intel_gpu_frequency tool:
$ sudo intel_gpu_frequency -i
Both this and the UDEV rules resulted in, as paulz stated, "cur", "min", and
"max" being equal to 300 MHz. Unfortunately, even in this state I still get the
same crashes.</pre>
